Thanks for checking out the ARC! This definitely shows that it's easy to use, and has options. We noticed that this user was successful in pulling apart the ends, but we recommend users simply try pinching the end and cord with thumbs and forefingers, touch your thumbs together, and pry downward.  Easy as 1, 2, 3!
